2. PREPARE FOR THE CONSULTATION

This website is encrypted and the only individuals with access to your social security number will be the attorneys and staff at our office. You will be asked to provide certain documents prior to the meeting in order for our attorneys to review those documents. 3. CONSULTATION
Prior to the initial consultation, you will be provided with an account number and password which will allow you to log onto our system to check the status of your bankruptcy case at any given time. An attorney will review your documents & financial status with you in detail. Together, we decide, whether Bankruptcy is the right option for you. If bankruptcy is not the right option for you, we will let you know what is and provide you with a referral to an attorney that can handle your situation.
3. PREPARATION FOR FILING
Once we have determined that bankruptcy is the right option for you and you have determined that you want to retain us, we will send you a retainer agreement. We will begin your bankruptcy petition when we receive the retainer agreement and filing fees.
4. PREFILING CREDIT COUNSELING
